I was injured on my neck and did not move my neck very well. Gigi help my neck get better with my muscles. After five lessons i did not need a neck protector. Isn’t that great?!?! Gigi is a teacher who would like to recommend others. I love her pilates classss!!!

Gigi was my instructor for a while here and helped me to fall in love with Pilates. Every class felt very personalized. I can't wait to go back!
